Natalie has 13 yrs of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner and helped to build one of the largest post acute care provider networks in the country. She has specialized in aging adults and post hospitalization rehab, providing the best clinical outcomes with enhanced quality of life. Family Nurse Practitioner
Britney has worked in the healthcare system for 8 years, starting as a patient care assistant on a Bone Marrow Transplant unit. She then worked in the ER for five years before completing her studies as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is an avid reader of books and loves travel.
Amanda Crowley
Family Nurse Practitioner
Amanda has been in the healthcare field for 11 years starting as a CNA for the elderly. She then went on to complete her RN and was an ICU and ER nurse for 5 years. Amanda completed her Nurse Practitioner program in 2024. She enjoys her two puppies and looks forward to becoming a mother this fall.
